Your uploaded resume file is deleted after analysis. With an account, we keep the text extracted from it for up to 90 days so your saved results and tools keep working; it's removed when you delete your account. We also keep a career summary that powers matching: your job titles, employers, dates and skills, without your name or contact information. Your resume and personal information are never sold to recruiters. You control when and with whom they're shared, for example when you apply to a job. They aren't used to train AI, and there are no hidden profiles. Service providers process data on our behalf: hosting, and OpenAI only for the AI writing features you choose to use. To delete your account and resume text, email us and we handle it within 48 hours.
